My terms of service are here so you know exactly what to expect from using ARDE DRUM.
Below you will find a few ‘house-keeping’ rules that I operate by and should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
By using ARDE DRUM Remote Drummer Service, you the customer agree to the following terms of service:
Work for hire
ARDE DRUM agrees that all work performed for Customer shall be considered as “work for hire”.
You, the customer, will own the rights to all recordings made by ARDE DRUM providing you have paid for the work carried out. Failure to pay for the drum tracks means you will not own the rights to the drum recordings and as such the rights remain with ARDE DRUM.
Payment is made once you have approved the recordings and before delivery of the full quality files.
ARDE DRUM holds the right to terminate any project at any point.
Modifications
You will be provided with a quote before any recording work takes place. The price quoted will include up to three revisions to your drum track. The first take you receive labelled V1. If we pass V3 further amendments will be charged at
€ 8 for every new revision / take.
Turnaround time
I pride myself on quick turnaround times – usually 72 hours.
However, during busy periods this is sometimes not achievable and you will be notified if this is the case.
Once you have received a drum take for approval it is up to you to respond within 7 days.
Failure to do so will mean your session will be removed and you will no longer be able to use the service ARDE DRUM provides in the future.
Paying for your drum or percussion tracks
If you are in the PL you will be sent an invoice to make payment via email.
If you are outside the PL you will receive an invoice via PayPal.
By paying for your Drum / Percussion tracks, you agree that you are happy with the work that has been carried out.
Should you be unsatisfied for whatever reason and require additional amendments, you will be charged 50% of the original price quoted.
Please see further down for information on refunds.
Delivery of files
Your full-quality files will be sent via file sending service “WeTransfer.com” or " Smash".
You will receive an email to download your files securely onto your computer / device. It is then up to you to download these files within 14 days.
After 14 days your download link will expire and you will need to request a new download link at ardedrum@gmail.com
Backing up your files
It is up to you to make sure you keep a secure backup of your files. Due to the high volume of recording work ARDE DRUM will only keep your project on file for 30 days.
ARDE DRUM holds no responsibility if you lose your files or fail to download them within the time-frame stated in these terms.
Refund policy
As outlined in the Guarantee, payment is only required when the client is 100% happy with the work that has been carried out.
This therefore means that ARDE DRUM does not offer refunds once payment has been made.
As specified in the terms of all invoices; by paying ARDE DRUM you agree that you are completely satisfied with the work and any additional work required after payment will be subject to additional costs.
